Analyst blockchain start-up Chainalysis has added support for 10 ERC-20 tokens to its anti-money laundering solution with cryptocurrencies, The Block reported.

Support is added for Maker, Dai, 0x, OmiseGo, Basic Attention Token and other assets. Chainalysis will also provide its customers with the opportunity to work with coins whose support has not yet been implemented. Over the next three months, the company will expand the capabilities of the service for Ripple's XRP token and Dogecoin, Ethereum Classic, Dash and Zcash cryptocurrencies (only unsecured transactions).

According to Chainalysis co-founder and strategy director Jonathan Levine, the decision to add new assets is due to the growing needs of market participants and the increasing incidence of hacker attacks targeting ERC20 tokens. According to him, many companies have been trying to meet the requirements of regulators recently and therefore are strengthening anti-money laundering measures which apply to Ethereum assets as well.

It should be mentioned that in August Chainalysis introduced a real-time alert system Chainalysis KYT, informing users about suspicious transactions in cryptocurrencies bitcoin, Ethereum, Bitcoin Cash and steiblekoins DAI and Tether.
